About the fit: Women's scrubs are cut with a tapered but comfortable silhouette — not boxy, not body-con. The pants have a mid-rise elastic waistband with a drawstring. If you carry weight in your hips, size by hip measurement.

Lab Coat

About the fit: Lab coats are sized to layer over a full scrub set. The measurements below are over-garment dimensions — size up by one if you prefer extra room over scrubs, or take your normal size for a tailored look over a top alone.

How to Measure
Take measurements over fitted clothing or bare skin for accuracy
Chest / Bust
Fullest point across chest
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it parallel to the floor. Keep arms relaxed at your sides. Don't pull tight — leave natural breathing room.
Shoulder
Shoulder seam to seam
Measure from the edge of one shoulder (where the sleeve would naturally fall) straight across the back to the other shoulder edge. Best done with help.
Waist
Natural waist or trouser waist
For scrub pants — measure around your natural waistline (navel level) relaxed. Our pants have elastic + drawstring, so the relaxed waist measurement is the baseline.
Hip
Fullest point of hips
Stand with feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, typically 7–9 inches below your waist. Keep tape parallel to the floor.
Inseam
Crotch to ankle
Measure from the crotch seam straight down the inside of the leg to where you'd like the hem. Scrubs are cut for a full length — most people hem or fold at the ankle.
Top Length
Shoulder to hem
From the highest point of the shoulder (not the neck) down to the hem. Scrub tops are cut to cover the waistband when tucked out — designed to stay in place during movement.
