Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags intact. Certain items, including customized products and those marked as final sale, are not eligible for return or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, customers must email their order details to support@drmyelin.com, after which a reverse pickup will be arranged where applicable. Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
